Betongame.wine (referred to herein as "betongame" or the "Platform") is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betongame and its members.

By completing registration or using the betongame platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using betongame.

The following requirements must be met to create an account on betongame:

• You must be at least 18 Years is required.
• You are not registering from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each individual is only One Account per account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are creating an account in your own name and for your own use – managing an account on behalf of or as a third party is strictly prohibited.

If false information is provided during registration, betongame reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any balance at any time. After registration, you may be required to verify your email or phone number — certain features will be restricted until this step is completed.

Under betongame's Terms & Conditions, all members may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer). The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. betongame aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on betongame:

• Mobile Banking – Deposits start from a minimum of BDT 200.
• Nagad – Deposits start from a minimum of BDT 200.
• Rocket (DBBL) – Deposits start from a minimum of BDT 200.
• Bank Transfer – A minimum of BDT 1,000 applies.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. betongame does not charge any additional processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from betongame:

1. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
3. Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
4. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
5. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours.

For security purposes, betongame reserves the right to temporarily suspend any withdrawal request or place it on hold for additional verification. This process may require supporting documents.

Betongame offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 15x to 35x).
• Time Limit: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games.
• Maximum Bet Limit: The maximum single bet amount may be limited while a bonus is active.
• Claiming the same bonus multiple times: The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

Under betongame's Terms & Conditions, all games are conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. The specific gaming rules are outlined below:

• The outcome of every game is governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and audited by an independent third party.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, betongame will follow its policy on either completing the round or returning the bet.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, betongame reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final, though corrections may be made in the event of a technical error.
• Betongame reserves the right to set maximum winning limits on any game at any time.

Betongame's Terms & Conditions strictly prohibit the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Using betongame for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Threatening or harassing other members, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to their accounts.
• Impersonating a betongame employee or another member.
• Processing transactions using third-party payment methods.

If any of the above activities are detected, betongame will immediately and permanently close the relevant account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Both the member and betongame may initiate account closure:

• Voluntary Closure: Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
• Temporary Suspension: betongame may temporarily suspend an account if a security verification is required.
• Permanent Closure: Accounts may be permanently closed without notice in the event of a violation.

If there is a valid balance in the account at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded to the member's registered payment method. Bonus balances, however, are non-refundable.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Your information will be used solely for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

• If gameplay is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or technical error.
• If a transaction fails due to a delay or error on the part of a third-party payment service.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).
